1. Service Description
FLS Logic Harvester ("the Service") is an automated AI-powered analysis tool that processes legacy source code to extract business logic documentation. The Service is provided by First Line Software ("we", "us").
2. AI-Generated Results
All reports and analyses produced by this Service are generated by artificial intelligence. Results are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of your source code.
- Reports should be reviewed by qualified engineers before being used as the basis for business decisions.
- We do not guarantee that all business logic, rules, or dependencies in your code will be identified.
3. Data Upload and Authorisation
By uploading source code to the Service, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to submit the source code for automated analysis.
- The upload does not violate any confidentiality agreements, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
- You accept sole responsibility for the content you upload.
4. Data Processing and Deletion Policy
Your data is processed according to our strict automated pipeline:
- Zero Human Eyes: Unless you explicitly opt in to an engineering consultation, no human being will view your submitted files.
- Automated Processing: Your source code is analysed by an isolated AI pipeline with no human access.
- Mandatory Deletion: All original source code, derivative files, and internal reports are permanently deleted exactly 2 hours after the analysis report is sent to you.
- Residual Records: After deletion, only your contact details and technical processing logs are retained, referenced by your unique Report Number.
If you opt in to an Engineering Consultation (via the "Cc: FLS Human Engineer" option), your files will be retained on secure premises to facilitate discussion. The 2-hour auto-deletion does not apply in this case.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as-is" with no warranties, express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI-generated reports.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the specific analysis in question.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
